Holiday Looks for less!

Hola chulitas! Assuming that everyone had a fantabulous weekend,  you know like a mixture of awesome and fantastic? I will proceed to actually write about what really matters which, in this case, are holiday dresses and the endless nightmares and headaches that one can get as this date approaches! If you're anything like me, then I suggest you start gathering your ideas and thoughts and beat the holiday madness by actually being ready with your outfit(s)

This is indeed the season where we often  get invited to multiple events and parties and looking great while staying within budget will definitely be your key to a successful holiday. Often times we tend to get beyond caught up in which seems to be a never-ending agenda with everything from gifts, decorations, family and let's face it- life in general. Setting up a budget for what you're looking forward on wearing for the holidays should absolutely be prioritized or you'll end up spending more than necessary, and that is something we want to avoid.

I've gathered these dresses from the Lynira label collection which are not only chic and sexy but will definitely make you stand out. As always, accessorizing is key! don't be afraid to add personal touches, sometimes stepping out of the box will do wonders.

Slit it up!

Hola Chulitas (os) Today's post is all about monochromatic looks that can literally make you stand out more than if you were wearing a neon suit to the circus, literally! When it comes to this time of the year,  for the most part, I like to wear earth tone colors just because it feels right and let's face it, it looks super Hot. Monochromatic looks do not necessarily have to be of the exact same shade of one particular tone or hue, you can always go for a "ómbre" style incorporating different shades of the same color line.

This particular look can be worn for different occasions and different times of the day and only changing the accessories or makeup selection if need be. If you feel like showing too much skin is not your style but you still want to look and feel sexy you can switch the top for either a turtleneck or a button-down blouse.

The Ripped Denim.

Hola Chulitas (o) What a marvelous Halloween weekend, hope everyone had a great and safe time. On to the next! Apparently we will be experiencing an "Indian Summer" this week with temperatures rising well above the normal range for this time of the year and trust me I am not complaining. Like I stated in my previous post, sometimes it can be frustrating trying to figure out what to wear when the weather just won't cooperate with our wardrobe.

For such situations, it's always a great idea to wear light clothing and a coat this way you're ready for any weather change throughout the day. When it comes to denim I am overly obsessed with  distressed and ripped jeans as these will give any simple outfit that extra push to make it look that much edgier.

Adding a turtle neck top to any outfit will automatically transform it from casual to semi-formal in no time especially when doing so with dark colors. Of course, always accessorize accordingly and don't forget to have fun.

The Suede pant suit!

Hola Chulitas (OS) Happy pre-Halloween for all those who are in the Halloween spirit and actually celebrate it, I by no means want to offend anyone who does not so I will apologize before hand!  Moving on to today's post, as you guys can see this weather has been playing terrible jokes and it's got me all sorts of messed up with my outfit choices. I don't think I can remember the last time we had 70 degrees weather in just a couple of days short of November.

As I've always stated, embrace whatever comes your way and that's exactly what I did. Lately,  I've been obsessing over the 2 piece pant suits especially when they're suede and earth looking colors.
Not only are these pieces super cute and stylish but they're beyond comfortable. I was getting ready to finally put my sleeveless trench coat to rest, but I guess today was the perfect day to bring this baby out! Of course, you can always wear your sleeveless trench coat throughout the winter months with a warm layer underneath,  I personally choose not to.
